PRICING

Helen's pricing schedule is as follows:

Included in the fees:
• 'Ceremony Pack' which includes a selection of vows, readings, relevant ceremony information, etc. (valued at $25.00)
• Unlimited face-to-face consultations (including rehearsal) to prepare the ceremony to your satisfaction and to complete any necessary legal paperwork.
• Unlimited phone and email communications.
• Preparation of ceremony to your requirements.
• Lodgement of all necessary legal documents before and after the ceremony.
• Ceremonial certificate.
• Copy of your ceremony in a bound folder.
• Supply of P.A. system and signing table.
• Rehearsal, if required.
• Travelling costs within the Gold Coast area*. Helen is only too happy to travel outside of this area (including interstate and overseas) and any extra travelling costs will be agreed upon at time of booking.
• For Master of Ceremonies bookings, maximum 4 hours.

*Weddings on South Stradbroke Island will need to provide return transfers to the island.

Deposit and Refund Policy
A non-refundable fee of $100.00 is required for all bookings and is payable within 14 days after the booking is confirmed. The balance of the fee is required no less than 14 days before the ceremony. Payments can be made by cash, cheque or direct deposit.
In the event of a cancellation, a refund of the balance will be issued if at least 48 hours notice is given.
